Thieves, who made 'a pig of themselves', sought
POLICE are dealing with the story of the piggies which didn’t go to market...
They stayed at home and, unfortunately, ended up stolen, it’s been revealed. In all, 42 of the pigs disappeared from a farm near Evanton, during the month of March.
The bold thieves also helped themselves to three tonnes of pig feed. Anyone who saw anything suspicious or has any information about the crimes is asked to contact police officers at Alness police station on 01349 882222 or, anonymously, on Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
