I've seen a few motorbikes and cars with a mini-numberplate (C15 DUR) stuck on. What's that all about?

Its in memory of the young lad Christopher Durrand that was killed in a road accident a couple of months ago. The stickers represent his personalised number plate. Such a sad loss of a wonderful young lad he was loved & respected by everyone who knew him. RIP Christopher you are sorely missed :(
