Marjory Steven/Stephen & William George

Anyone researching William Steven & Marjory Miller family have a sticking point with one of their daughters Marjory Steven b. 1830

IGI has recorded two marriages in different parts of Scotland for Marjory Steven & William George
!. 18 Jan 1851 Liff Benvie and Invergowrie Angus Scotland
2. 12 Feb 1851 Wick Caithness Scotland.

Although not quite sure if this is the Marjory I am looking for was wondering if anyone else had the same problem. Unable to find death records for either William George or Marjory Steven in Scotland. Anyone know of another posible marriage for Marjory Steven any help at all would be greatly appreciated.

It is quite possible that they married twice if one of them was from each location (letting both families in on the fun -- or maybe convincing both that they were well and truly married!). I have seen more than one like that.
