How many Accounts??

How many accounts can a person have on the org ? ( one i thought ) as i know of people who have upwards of three and are using them to create interest in items that they are selling or events that they are promoting i don't think this is right

i can understand that someone who has a business might want 2 identities, one for their business, and one they can freely express they're opinion on threads without it being associated with their business. other than that theres no need for it and it shouldnt be allowed........
