Try Cats Protection or notices in the Co-op.

I pm'd Skydivvy but haven't had a reply.

I posted reply but it doesn't seem to have gone thro. Now maybe you'll get two.
We have a very disappointed little boy who was promised a kitten, now it seems his childminder is alergic and can't stand them. She has to stay over often so we will have to work something out. We are trying to persuade him to have a hamster instead - he can keep it in his room.

Will be back intopuch if we can think of a way round it, and if you still have them.

What a shame! :(

There is a homoeopathic remedy which your childminder could take which helps with allergies to cats.
If you're interested let me know and I'll give you details.

hi liz,
they are great! they never did get to the stage of clawing their way up the trousers but they think they are parrots and come and sit on our shoulders now! :D
they are loving tormenting the dogs too:D they learnt that one quickly lol.

Thanks for letting me know how the kittens are getting on. Sound like real characters! :D
It makes all the hard work worthwhile when we get cats and kittens lovely homes like yours!

If anyone can give such a home to a beautiful and affectionate ten month old Tortoisehell then please contact me. She is desperate for attention.
