Can anyone recommend a plumbers in wick? I know there are a lot around, but I am new here and want to get it right first time.

I think you are mistaken. The number for Highland plumbing and heating is 605124. and they only have one phone line.

Katarina is correct, but it's an easy mistake to make as there are two companys with similar names.

Highland Heating, Saltoun St, Wick,Tel-602265 ( owned by Sandy Macgegor )

Highland Plumbing, Louisburgh St, Wick, Tel- 605124 ( owned by Wullie Byrne )

You should also try 'Sandy Fraser Plumbing Ltd' Tel- 609438

I think most of them are good, depending on which workman you get, but they are all very busy. And what about joiners? We don't seem to be able to get one for love nor money!

It is not the case that tradesmen aren't interested in small jobs...

I know from experience that Pentland Construction (Thurso) will consider any job anywhere in the county and can supply all trades.
