A huge THANK YOU to all those people who drove out on a blustery day to see us. I am overwhelmed with the enthusiasm of our locals. Delighted that Flavours has, at last, arrived in John O'Groats and so grateful for everyones local support. We had a few hiccups today and I just want to thank everyone for their generousity of spirit by being patient and understanding. We will perfect our scooping(!) and manage the queues best we can - you have our word. I would like to think they were just teething problems - we did not anticipate it being so busy!! If anyone had a particular problem; felt they did not get the service, product or experience they came for, please get in touch by PM and I will try to put that right.

Was a windy day but really enjoyed the ice creams and the shop as a whole. The staff were very helpful and so all in all I can say 'we shall return.'

I went this evening and I was very impressed with the selection, I was fairly stuck for choice but plumbed for the chocolate cherry sundae. Excellent. I wish you well and I hope your business is not affected by the looming financial difficulty that threatens the continued revamping of the John O'Groat venue.
