help - ink stain!

Hi a pen has just leaked all over my kitchen work top, i have been scrubbing away at it but nothing is taking it out. Does anyone have any handy household tips on how to remove the stain. Cheers :)

Thanks connieb19 the hairspray worked like magic. Thanks everyone else for your suggestions. I was getting abit worried that I might have to crack open the bottle of wine in the fridge :lol: Now that would have been a right waste ! :D Cheers guys

Milk definitely works on ink, but not on biro. ;)
