4x4 reg a2 only

when i was in kinross today visiting my mother,i noticed a 4x4 vehicle with the reg no a2 0nly, and on the spare wheel cover was a2only thurso, i was wondering if it was somebody down at the sunday market in kinross shopping.

does anyone reconise this no ,and where are they from, is it thurso, a2 only. it looked very good
