Accused alleged to have driven while disqualified
A GLENGOLLY man is to stand trial on charges including driving while disqualified.
James Beresford, of The Smithy, Achscrabster, pleaded not guilty when he appeared from custody at Wick Sheriff Court this afternoon.
The charges allege that he drove while disqualified on the Achscrabster-Thurso road, yesterday and had no insurance, licence and test certificate.
Beresford (24) was granted bail and will return to court for his trial on June 7.
