If its just a little leak try puting some radweld in it u can get like little powder blocks u put in the radiotor while the water is hot and it finds the leak and seals it but if its a pin hole and u can clearly see it u might get away with a welder brazing over the hole but all these radiotor shops like serk u have to take the radaitor out and give it to them it how much are u for a new or second hand radiotor?
