You should definately crop this.There is too much foreground.A crop which cuts out the dark right hand side
so that the castle is to the right of your photo and lose about half the grass in the foreground would make the
aurora more noticeable ,as it is its lost against the dominant foreground....imho.

I'm with you on the crop but only to crop the bottom, the foreground!

I think the partially hidden castle looks good.

Maybe we could do something about that blasted walkway too??!

Prefer the original, the crop takes away too much of the castle. A crop that takes away the the really bright lights on the left would be better, but thats just my opinion cos I like the castle.
