Elderly woman accused of dangerous driving
A 93-year-old woman from Lybster is facing a charge of causing a death by dangerous driving.
Alice Mackenzie Ross made no plea or declaration during a brief private appearance at Wick Sheriff Court today.
She was released on bail pending further inquiry. The victim of the accident on the A99, near Auckengill, on September 21, was cyclist Elaine Dunne, (30) from Leicester.
