Now if someone made a selection of Delicious Cakes for Diabetics, ie Sugar Free, then I am sure they would be on to a winner.

I've done quite a few orders for diabetic cakes over the last year and a half and cater for other dietary restrictions too. Because I make everything from scratch and don't use pre mixes I can control everything that goes into my cakes. I also supply cupcakes and other baking to The Lunch Box in Wick and try to have a few Gluten Free options on a daily basis.
