Fresh Tuna Steak Recipe

Hi, Does anyone have a simple recipe for cooking a tuna steak please, as it's a bland fish, and needs a tangy sauce?

I use Nandos medium piri piri sauce and half a limes juice. In a cassarole for 25 minutes depending on the thickness of the steaks. I just use nice brown bread and runner beans as a side but the fish is good done like that. Third of a bottle does 2 steaks.
