The saga continues.
Scorrie,a beardie is having problems with his back leg which are not getting better.
We,ve tryed to rest him as much as possible, cut down on his portions and keep him warm and dry.Unfortunatly he still cant use that leg properly.
We saw another vet yesterday, usual one on holiday and she suspects a trapped nerve in the hip joint aswell as the ligament damage around the joint.
Another few weeks of tablets and rest, then back for a xray which still might show nothing. She also recommended heat applied to the joint and gently rubbing of joint.
Anyone know anything about trapped nerves in dogs?
thanks.
