Was just reading about a wee mistake made by Tony Blair's Government. Apparently the British Antarctic (http://www.deadlinenews.co.uk/2012/02/12/scotland-handed-power-over-antarctica-by-mistake/) territory was accidently handed over to the Scottish government in 1989. Well I suppose that makes up for the 6,000 miles of Scottish waters taken by Westminster in 1999, by moving Scotland's Marine Boundaries from Berwick-upon-Tweed to Carnoustie.
