i cant put money in because i do not have a bank card that i can pay stuff online with but i can transfer money from my accoung into someone else's account :)

just open a new account that you can use for paypal and transfer the moeny yourself, thats what I did.

Yuo know like a top up card type one that will only let you spend whats there!

you can bacs or internet transfer into paypal too
just ask on the chat for the a/c and sort.

why have you not got your bank a/c linked to your paypal a/c?

that way it will suck on demand

its because my bank card is only a basic account i can not pay for things online etc :(

i'm not talking about the card
you register the bank account itself
paypal then do twwo small test transfer
you type in the details
then you bank account is linked to your paypal account.
when a balance appears on paypal that needs paying
it sucks it from your bank account in secs

aww yeah i get you now, ive tried this it said wait 2 or 3 days to set up but it never happened :(

well go onto the live chat of paypal under contact us and ask what has happened
then you can also ask how you transfer from internet banking site via bacs too

you have ofcourse checked back over you bank statements for the two tiny payments
it will still work if you have the info evennow

give it a few more days

what is the actually issue that needs this money so urgently
even if someone does do the transfer to your papal a/c that can take 5days anyhow
and i suspect you'll be resolved by then
