In danger of over-exposing my wee collection o' creatures to you all, I thought I'd elaborate on what on earth 'eejits' is all about!

An eejit, as you may know, is an idiot, a fool, a gormless ignoramus. But , an eejit is also creature who doesn’t know any better. I capture the likenesses of these creatures for my own amusement and love to share them with the world on my website: http://www.eejits-online.co.uk (http://www.eejits-online.co.uk/) They are all drawn on paper first, before being dragged, kicking and screaming onto the computer to be digitally inked and coloured.

As was mentioned on the front page of Caithness.org, there's an eejits forum, colouring-in pages to download and also an eejits art book on sale. Added to that I have also created a colouring-in/puzzle/activity book for your wee ones, featuring a range of creatures from my gallery.

For more info on the 1st eejits book visit: http://www.eejits-online.co.uk/book.htm

To grab yourself a copy of either book click here: http://eejits.bigcartel.com

I am available for commissions too. If you want your own wee creature or if you'd like to have someone you know turned into an eejit then I can do that for ya. Send me an e-mail (Contact details are on my website, not sure if it's a good idea posting my e-mail address here!) and I can let you know the costs and timescales as well as discuss your needs.

A new eejit makes an appearance on the website every Sunday (and occasionally more often if I'm overrun). Hope you like them!! :)
