With all the Climate Change talk, why is it that its governments dont make it compulsary for houses to fit solar panels on New Builds

would be pointless if the roof is not in the correct orientation.

thought about that after i had posted but why not if the propertys are in the right place, surely the more we do the better it is.

i think they are trying to push through something that states new builds must have some form of renewable energy.

As Alec Salmond is rather keen to promote renewables you would expect expect the Scottish Parliament to be putting legislation through, might cut down the number of windfarms springing up all over Caithness
