Dog Fouling

This morning whilst driving through the centre of Wick, I happened to notice a young lad with a staffie(dog) standing at the corner of Semi-Chem/Brandy's and he was letting the dog foul the footpath.I thought he would clear up the mess, BUT NO!, all he did was look around and walk away.He was wearing one of those Peruvian girlie hats, so if he reads this - I HOPE SOME DOG DOES IT ON YOUR FRONT PATH AND NOT CLEAN IT UP!, YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE [mad]

Leave the lad alone - he's contributing to the enhanced grubbiness of Wick; his parents are probably very proud of him.
