Second man airlifted to Aberdeen hospital
A SECOND casualty from a Caithness road accident has been transferred to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary.
Driver Grant Anderson initially treated at Caithness General Hospital for head and shoulder injuries, was said to be in a stable condition at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary yesterday.
Fellow passenger, Kevin Morrice (37) remained “critical but stable” there.
The two men from Wick were travelled home from Dounreay, on Monday, when their VW Golf was in collision with another vehicle after at Murkle after which it crashed into a phone box. Front seat passenger Gordy Macleod (21) was released from Caithness General after overnight treatment for whiplash and concussion.
