Can anyone please tell me how to add an Avatar to my profile..

You have to have so many posts first and or been a member for a set time. I cant remember the No of Posts or the the time required but perhaps another orger can say.

When you are able to add an Avatar you go to settings, top right. Then into edit Avater. When there you can upload an Avatar from there by uing the browse button.

Oh yes one other thing ;-

These are the magic numbers:

30 days and 60 posts

60 days and 30 posts

120 days and 15 posts

So GTM's status of over a year as a member easily covers the time requirement. With 5 posts showing it looks like another 10 will get GTM orger status and thus entitlement to an avatar.

But beware, one cannot post 10 times in quick succession on a thread. That has a technical name, but whatever it is called it is not permitted. So, strike up some conversations on several threads and you should be in the orger realm very soon.
