Have just been checking various sources and pictures and am now convinced we saw one today.
It was the colouring that caught our attention with the silvery feathers and much lighter breast, at one point we were just a few feet from it before it took off displaying a paler underside than the buzzards we are so familiar with.
Has any one else seen or heard any reports of there being one in the Scotscalder area?
