Is there a health food shop in Caithness? I seem to remember one in Thurso but it has gone from where I thought it was. :confused Cheers.

Not sure about Thurso, Rheghead, but Wick has a "Scoop Shop" in Dempster Street. They sell dried foods, baking ingredients etc by the scoop but I can't speak to the quality or extent of their stock as I've never shopped there.

Tescos, Wick have a section selling wholefoods, wheat-free, gluten-free etc. which may be of interest to you. Their Customer Service Department are also very helpful if you're of a mind to request unusual foodstuffs.

I think the beauty shop on the corner of Trail St Thurso, sells health foods as does another further on towards the librairy...

Health and Beauty, 1 St. John's Square in Thurso has a good selection, and the staff give good advice.
