Thurso man will be sentenced next week
A THURSO man, who created a disturbance outside a house in the town’s Duncan Street, will be sentenced next week.
Scott Fulton Lindsay (35) of 42 Sweyn Road, Thurso, admitted threatening or abusive behaviour and a number of previous convictions when he appeared from custody, at Wick Sheriff Court, today. He waved his arms about and challenged a police officer to fight, on Tuesday.
Sheriff Andrew Berry will see a background report on the accused before sentencing him on January 16.
