Is any one else having any problems topping up with vodafone today? Went into somerfields this afternoon and used my swipe card to top up my phone, waited the usual 10 minutes, but nothing happened, went back to somerfields to see if they could help, only to be told that the transaction was completed and i would have to phone vodafone, that was over 2 hours ago and am still trying to get connected, have a message saying temporary unavailable.:~(

I tried calling my hubby last night & i couldn't get through to him just kept disconnecting.
When he tried calling me he got a message saying service unavailable :(

i experience on saturday night while trying to phone my girlfriend it didnt give a chance for it to ring just cut off,and im on o2 shes vodafone,are vodafone still at it?o2 is alot better

Vodafone is terrible lately i agree 02 is a much better service.
