would just like to say how good the bonfire at the bignold park was well done to the sutherland family,great night lovely family night the fireworks were great,and it was nice to see such a crowd there,all we needed was some music,or someone to play an instrument,well done again,see you all next year.

I didn't go, but I heard it was good.

The Bonfire nicht was bonny
With skies of brilliant hue
As it truly saw the old year out
And with joy brought in the new.


But Shillin' Hill's no longer there
The Bonfire is no more
Everyone watches the telly
There's never a knock at the door.


Still, maybe we'll see a bonfire yet
When Valhalla's ships return
From the journey to Space
Or maybe beyond
And a whole lot more will be learned.
