Police investigation after street discovery
POLICE are currently investigating the death of a 44-year-old man who was found unconscious in Church Street area of Halkirk at around 0433 this morning.
The man was found to be dead by emergency services upon arrival. Inquiries into the circumstances surrounding the death are ongoing and it's currently being treated as unexplained.
A post mortem will be carried out in due course and a report will be submitted to area senior fiscal depute, David Barclay.
