Refused entry-smashed window
WICK Sheriff Court heard what happened after Ian Steven’s ex-girlfriend refused to let him in when he turned up at her home under the influence, late one night.
The 19-year-old smashed the living room window of the house in Bremner’s Walk, in the town.
Steven, of Oldwick Road, Wick, appeared from custody, yesterday, and admitted the vandalism which occurred on November 29, after a doorstep exchange of words with his ex.
Sheriff Andrew Berry observed that as the accused had previous convictions for vandalism, he would require background reports.
Steven will reappear for sentence on December 22 and will be subject to a curfew, meantime.
