First snow of the winter affects some Caithness roads
THE A96 at Nairn is currently closed due to a road traffic collision. A local diversion is in place.
All other roads are open, however some routes in Caithness, Sutherland and Ross-shire are affected by snow and slush. Icy conditions have been reported in these areas as well as in Inverness and Nairn.
