If you are into making your own bread (machine or by hand) I have found a terrific flour that makes a great loaf, full of taste and goodness.
It is made by Doves Organic Mills and can usually be found in Tescos. The particular flour is called Barleycorn and beats anything else I have tried. Nearest match is Allinson's Soft Grain flour, buut it isn't quite as good.
