Hi folks,

looking again for info from the orgers -a few of us from work are looking for exercise classes in or near wick -we are all in our 30's and 40's and most of us haven't exercised for quite some time. We all work shifts so don't mind if the classes are day or evening and would appreciate any details you can provide. None of us are really fit or twiglets -just ladies with wobbly bits n' pieces looking to shape up and tone up.

thanks if anyone has time to respond

Im in the gym 4 days a week and im lucky enough to live a mile from one of the biggest gyms in Europe (where Robbie Savage is training for strickley come dancing all week ) but the best bit of kit ive ever used is a version of
the above ,unfortuantly im in a 1 roomed flat so dont have the space for mine at the moment , liked to do
a week at the gym and a week on the above - never been in as good a shape as when I used mine.
Best investment you will ever make ,give it a try . Lots of versions about Chuck Norris flogs a top of range type
look it up on you tube ,but the £ 120 versions are just as effective .
