Base was anything but a food distribution centre
A CAITHNESS farmer has spoken about his shock in discovering a cannabis farm on his property.
George Walker was unaware that one of his sheds was being used for a cannabis cultivation on a big scale.
He thought he was renting the complex to a Chinese individual for a food storage and distribution business but the former communications base at Forss, was instead converted into a factory which produce £250,000 worth of cannabis.
A fourth member of the gang involved in the operation was jailed for two-and-a-half-years on Wednesday having previously been found guilty of being concerned in the supply of the drug. Three others were jailed in August.
