Recent history tells me that this type of business doesn't work well at this location.

I mentioned this before, but will say it again, the end of the glass factory next to Tesco car park would be ideal for such a business and if you could get permission to make a 3 metre driveway from the Tesco car park you would be on a winner.

It's a proven recipe for success to be able to park your car and get it cleaned while doing your shopping and would even consider using it myself..
