Visual Artists and Craft Awards Scheme
HI~Arts in partnership with Creative Scotland, Highlands and Islands Enterprise and Argyll and Bute Council HI~Arts have announced three new rounds of Awards for visual artists and makers based in the Highlands and Islands.
