Try just pasting the precise URL - http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/36/36_1_34.gif (but put the image quotes round it like this... http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/36/36_1_34.gif

It takes a wee bit of practice to identify the URL, but you'll get there!
