did it bother anyone else today that you had to be diverted to shore lane then find out your waitng ages because of all the cars and vans parked on shore lane you would think they would stop people parking there just now with this diversion

A lot of the traffic ignored the diversion signs today !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! light vehicles are meant to go up Louisburgh and down Shore lane the only reason that Shore lane was so congested today and will be for a wee while is that a house on he left hand side going down is getting o lot of work done on it's roof i only observed this as i've been up and down Shore lane a few times today bad timing!!!!!!!!!!! but thats life !!! loads of road works about the town just now just outside co-op and high school!! just be patient and follow diversions their there for a reason.

maybe a few years ago but am a bit old for going in circles round the street so dont assume every one who posts is a boy racer

Good point corsa stu! Going round in circles is not something everyone does for fun.

Shore Lane is a nightmare just now - maybe they should have diverted most of the traffic round Scalesburn while they're working on the house at Shore Lane????

The traffic should be put round scalesburn. Its ok for those who know the town as we can choose where to go but for those from elsewhere they have no choice but to go down shorelane.
