when is the kids going out for halloween this year cos its on a school night and i know a few people that don't like kids going out on a school night cos it affect their work the next day if they are too tired and you can't go out on the sunday anyone know what's happening?

You go out on the 31st October whatever day that is, except when it falls on a Sunday then you go out on the Day before, Saturday.

Since the 31st of October falls on a Monday this year then that is the day Kids should go out Guising.
