Rbs cash club account for kids

Hi does anyone on here have kids that have a cash club account with the RBS?, If so can they tell me how to use the Ollie Token's as i have asked in the bank and phoned the RBS but no one seems to be able to tell me, I was told by one person to use them online but cant find where online as its not on their website.
Any help will be much appreciated.:confused
