Just a quick warning about this, I have order an item from PC World online collect @ store, goods cheaper online, you have 24 hours to pick it up. Went to PC World (Inverness) pick up my order and paid the internet price. Didn't think about the item, walk out the door, got into the car.
Had a quick look at it, there was a label attached to it, I thought it was the label, with my details attached as I ordered it online. Wrong the label said pre owned item. Went back into the store, and said this is pre owned, the man goes yes someone brought it back.
I said take this back, I expected the item to be brand new, not second hand. He apologise to me and went to get a new one.
So be careful about this, make sure when you pick up any item from PC World, when you have ordered it online as collect @ store, you are not given a second hand item.
