Quite a common bird in these parts, but it's not every day that i get one hovering just below me when sea watching at Lybster, just could not resist getting this shot.

Yes, as you say, Colin, these magnificent birds are relatively common in these parts, but to have one hovering above you like that must have been quite spectacular !

If anyone wants to see buzzards then go to Reiss and look at the potato fields at the Groats turn off. No lie, there were a least 8 sitting in the field!
