Talk Talk have bought the UK arm of AOL for £370m just as it's about to announce losses of £70m for offering free broadband to consumers.
If you're with AOL I don't know what difference you're going to see but hopefully it will mean that AOL's non-adherence to standards and proprietary equipment/policies will go, at least for new customers. It's pricing policy will apparently stay.
