Leaking Roof

Recently found out my roof is leaking but not from wear and tear. On inspection it is leaking due to a botched job by a recently gone into liquidation "electrical shop aerial installer in Thurso". So everyone beware no matter how careful you are you can still get stung.

Can you claim on your insurance? What was it they did for you to have a leak in your roof?

They put the cable through the roof seems to be at the chimney flashing hopefully wont take much to sort it I suppose these things are sent to try us.
