Can of coconut milk
teaspoon of green Thai curry paste
straight to wok noodles (or jasmine rice)
1 pint chicken stock
some cooked chicken (about 12ozs)
teaspoon oil
2 0r 3 red chillies (or chilli flakes)
6oz cut green beans
4 kaffir lime leaves, 2 lemongrass stalks (optional)
half teaspon ginger

Heat oil, stir in curry paste, add stock, coconut milk,ginger and stir. Heat through. Add chicken and all other ingredients. Make sure it is all cooked and EAT! You can also finish with cream if you like.
