what is happening to the k2 in wick is it opening ever or are they opening in thurso under a new name just wondering what was happening with it if they dont want it

The restaurant that is opening in Thurso is under the same ownership as the Spice Tandoori in Wick. Did not know anything was happening to K2. Is the owner not in jail for burning down another Indian restaurant
