dont know why folk bother with sliming classes, I can teach you all you need to know right now.

Wish it were that easy,I take certain medications which among the side effects are weight gain and not just a few pounds here and there.

I know of some people who have went to these classes and it has changed their lives and I want to do the same.

As someone who enjoys cookery they have specific meal plans which whole families can enjoy and that makes me want to go as well.

Forgot to ask but what day is this class on.

Do daily medications really contain that many thousand calories? If so, what good will a slimming class do? If the meds contain say 3 or 4,000 calories per day, what will the slimming class be able to do about it?
