blue car, white light ?

Can anyone tell me what the navy blue car ( Vauxall I think) with the small clear light on the roof seen around Wick is for? just woundering as doctors use green lights, emergency vehicles blue ones and hazards are orange.:confused

It's just a clear lightbar.
Quite common to have a LED style that wont show colours till activated

It's my husband's car. He's in the ambulance service. The light is blue when switched on.
