Aerobic Classes in Wick

Hi i would be intrsted in joining an aerobic class but dont know where or when. Any other simalar keep fit calss would do ! does anyone know of any in wick :cool: :D

hiya on mon tue and wed night there are keep fit classes on in the assembly rooms .. they are at 6 an 6:30
depending on the night..
monday is keep fit aerobics i think tues is yoga and wed is a martial arts one..
the lady that does it is named Fiona and you can get her number from flyers at the swiming pool.. hope that helps
