I dont have a full screen size, the right hand side of my pc is blue which has the task bar on it and the start options and signing off options, how can i rectify this any help would be appreciated thanks

Just click on the task bar, and while holding the mouse button down, drag it to the bottom of the screen, then release the button

Thanks for that but it didnt work, still have half a screen.

Right click somewhere in the taskbar - that should be the blue bit at the right side of the screen. If there is a tick next to "lock the task bar" click on the text that says "lock the task bar" to unlock it.

Then try the dragging as suggested above.
